7/14 ordered struts, they don't keep inventory. Initial install date 7/22 had to cancel, earliest next 8/4, no communication reminder. Now almost a month later filling up gas discovered damage. Lousy mechanic work. Would rather tear up wheel well cover to get to strut than take time to properly remove. Not the 4 wheel parts that I remembered from the 90s. Will demand compensation for repair but don't want them to touch my truck again. My 1994 Suburban is a classic now and each mechanic has managed to leave a scars.

You can tell a lot by a place by the customer service at the front desk. I went in this Saturday to drop 4 to 5 grand on a new lift kit wheels and tires for my f-150. The guy behind the counter just glanced at me and looked away, didn't even acknowledge my presence and then when he was done talking with his buddy behind the counter didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. There's so much competition here that when I'm going to drop four to five grand I expect to at least be acknowledged at the front counter. It's a shame too because I have bought a lot from other four wheel parts stores in the past for my Jeep and will not be buying from this location even thogh it is near where I live..

Friendly, experienced staff and the mechanics do excellent work. Michael was able to track down and not only fix the death wobble but then later mitigate the incessant steering feedback that was still occurring. Highly recommend, can’t thank these guys enough.

The guys at 4 Wheel Parts Plano are awesome. I had my 2024 Ram in for a 6 inch lift kit and they did an incredible job. They are very upfront and direct about everything in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.
